Paradigm Contracting & Design was founded on a simple principle: every project deserves the same level of care, experience and attention to detail - regardless of its size.

With more than three decades of hands-on construction and leadership experience, founder Daren Milne has worked across virtually every aspect of the industry, from renovations, additions and site work to complex residential, commercial and large-scale construction projects. That experience gives Paradigm the ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems and manage each project with a level of knowledge and accountability that only comes from years in the field.
